The bag is the easy part.
Here is the paperwork.
The ZLC-58 collapsible logistics carrier, published the way procurement actually reads: specification, third-party test evidence, colourway programme and commercial terms — one legible file, nothing withheld that we can share, nothing claimed that we can't show.

Specification
ZLC-58 · Flagship · Manufactured in-house
- Top-face rim zipperRuns the full perimeter of the top face. SGS-tested to 46.8 kgf lateral strength against a 33 kgf requirement — see Doc 03.
- Lid & internal flapThe zippered lid closes the load; an internal flap releases the structure so the whole carrier folds flat in seconds.
- Laminated PP fabric bodyWoven polypropylene with a bonded laminate face. Wipes clean, sheds moisture, and resists tearing — the weave displaces around a cut rather than running.
- Webbing carry handlesThe handle webbing continues beneath the underbody, so lifting force is carried by the strap system around the body rather than by a single seam.
- Underbody webbing wrapThe lower webbing band continues beneath the base, cradling the load path from the ground up.
- 1000D PVC reinforced baseThe face that meets warehouse floors, tailgates and pallets is a heavier, abrasion-resistant PVC panel.

The fold
Operating sequence · 4 states
A rigid tote does its job in one direction. On the return leg — depot to store, store to hub, hub to depot — it ships air at full freight rates. The ZLC-58's internal flap releases the body so the carrier folds flat in seconds, no tools, no disassembly, no missing parts bin.
Folded, carriers nest into a fraction of their working footprint for the trip home. The same fold shrinks first delivery as well — carriers can ship to you folded rather than as a container of packed emptiness. Exact folded stack counts depend on your cartons and lanes — we quote them per brief rather than promising a universal number.
Test certificate
SGS Gurgaon · Ref GURSL260016740 · May 2026| Test | Standard | Requirement | Measured | Result |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Rim zipper — lateral strength | EN 16732 | > 33 kgf | 46.8 kgf (≈103 lbf) | PASS |
| Zipper slider / puller | EN 16732 | — | 52.1 kgf (≈115 lbf) | PASS |
| Martindale abrasion — body fabric | BS EN ISO 12947-2 | — | 10,000 rubs · zero failures | PASS |
Hold the button and the load ramps exactly as far as the laboratory took it: past the 33.0 kgf requirement, up to the 46.8 kgf the laboratory measured. Release early and the load relaxes — the number never goes anywhere the report didn't.
The least glamorous photograph in this file is the one that matters most: a production unit, a lab floor, a sample number. Product imagery elsewhere in this file is studio visualisation of the production article; this exhibit is unretouched.
Colourway programme
One construction · four standing colours · Pantone at MOQ
Royal blue
Deep purple · standard
Same body, same base, same webbing, same zipper — the colour is the only variable. The SGS-tested article was a royal-blue unit; every colourway shares that construction.
Materials glossary
Plain English · no mystery fibres- Laminated PP fabric
- Woven polypropylene tape with a bonded polymer laminate on the face. The weave carries the load; the laminate seals it — wipeable, moisture-shedding, printable. Under tearing force the weave displaces around the stress point instead of running, which is exactly what the SGS bench recorded.
- 1000D PVC
- "D" is denier — the linear mass of the yarn; 1000D is a heavy industrial grade. Coated with PVC for abrasion and moisture resistance, it's the standard material for tarpaulins and truck curtains, and here it is the carrier's base — the face that takes floors, forks and tailgates.
- Rim zipper EN 16732
- The full-perimeter zipper closing the top face. EN 16732 is the European standard for slide fasteners; the lateral-strength test pulls the closed chain apart sideways. Requirement: hold more than 33 kgf. Our measured result: 46.8 kgf.
- Martindale abrasion BS EN ISO 12947-2
- A machine rubs the fabric in a figure-of-eight under pressure, counting cycles until threads break or holes form. The ZLC-58 body fabric completed 10,000 rubs with zero failures recorded.
- kgf — kilogram-force
- The force of one kilogram under gravity (≈ 9.81 newtons). 46.8 kgf on the zipper chain is roughly the pull of a 46.8 kg mass hanging from it.
- Webbing
- Flat-woven polymer strap — the same family of product as cargo lashing. On the ZLC-58 it forms the handles and continues under the body, so lifting force is carried by the strap system around the load rather than concentrated at one attachment point.
Sourced line
60+ styles · sourced & quality-gated · programmes, not piecesAlongside the flagship we run a sourced executive and lifestyle range for corporate gifting, uniform and travel programmes. We do not manufacture these — we select them, put them through our own quality gate, and stand behind the ones that pass. Every programme is quoted per brief.
Six of 60+ styles shown. Full sourced-line catalogue shared on enquiry — tell us the programme and audience in Doc 10 and we'll shortlist against it.
How we work with EU, UK & US buyers
Markets: UK · EU · USA · India- Brief
You send quantities, colourways, customisation and destination — the RFQ form in Doc 10 structures exactly this. We reply with questions before we reply with numbers.
- Quotation
Priced per brief against your specification and incoterms — no public price list pretending one number fits every lane and volume.
- Sampling
Typically 7 days (indicative). Production-construction samples, not showroom look-alikes: what you approve is what the line builds.
- Approval & pre-production
Signed-off sample becomes the reference standard. Colour, print and construction are frozen against it.
- Production & QC
Manufactured in-house in Haryana under our certified quality system, inspected against the approved reference.
- Dispatch
Documentation, packing and incoterms agreed per order — EXW to delivered terms discussed against your lane before anything ships.

Buyer's FAQ
The questions procurement actually asks08.1What is the MOQ?
Quoted per brief. Standing colourways carry a lower threshold than custom work; a custom Pantone colourway carries its own MOQ because it commits a fabric run. Tell us your target volume in the RFQ and we'll tell you honestly whether it works — and what would.
08.2How does sampling work, and what does it cost?
Sampling typically takes 7 days — indicative, confirmed at quotation. Samples are built to production construction. Sample charges and their treatment against a subsequent order are quoted per brief.
08.3What can be customised on the ZLC-58?
Colour (four standing colourways, or custom Pantone at MOQ). Branding options are quoted per brief. Dimensional or construction changes are treated as engineering requests: we'll assess them against the tested construction rather than promise them casually — the test evidence in Doc 03 applies to the construction as built.
08.4Which incoterms do you ship under?
Agreed per order. We routinely discuss EXW, FOB and delivered terms against the buyer's lane and volume. Documentation follows the agreed term; we'd rather set this openly at quotation than surprise anyone at dispatch.
08.5What compliance and test documentation can you provide?
Our quality system is ISO 9001 certified. The ZLC-58 carries an SGS Gurgaon test report (ref GURSL260016740, May 2026) covering zipper strength to EN 16732 and Martindale abrasion to BS EN ISO 12947-2 — the full report is shared with your quotation on request. Additional market-specific testing can be quoted per brief.
08.6Do you brand the sourced line?
Yes — the sourced executive and lifestyle range exists for corporate gifting, uniform and travel programmes, and branding options are quoted per style. Send the programme brief and audience in Doc 10.
08.7Who do we actually deal with?
Zentara Engineering's textile division, Haryana, India. The flagship carrier is manufactured in-house; the sourced line is selected and quality-gated by us. Enquiries go directly to the division — a.rustagi@zentara.in — not into a sales queue.
08.8Can we see the full SGS report before ordering?
Yes. The full SGS report is shared with your quotation on request — tick the box in the RFQ form (or ask in your email) and it accompanies the numbers.
Care & lifecycle
A reusable asset, not a consumableThe laminated PP face wipes clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent. No machine washing, no solvents — the laminate is the moisture barrier, treat it kindly and it keeps working.
Store folded flat, dry, out of direct sunlight. The fold is a feature in the warehouse too: off-season fleets store in a fraction of their deployed volume.
A carrier that survives abrasion testing at 10,000 rubs is built for rotation, not for one trip. Repair, replacement and end-of-life arrangements are discussed per fleet — reusables only pay off if someone plans for their whole life, so we do.
Request for quotation
Replies from the division, not a queueThe only form in this file.
Fill in what you know — "unknown" is an acceptable answer; the quotation exists to fill in the blanks. The form composes an RFQ email in your own mail client; nothing is sent until you press send, and nothing is stored anywhere else.
